Refund Policy

At Echoes in Ink, every story we create is personal and one-of-a-kind. Because our work involves customised digital processing and design, our refund policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf products.
1. Project Fees & Deposits
- Project fees and deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Work is considered started when AI enhancements, story curation, or design processes are activated.
This is because these services are personalised and cannot be reused or resold.
2. Digital Storytelling Services
- Fees paid for digital services — including AI processing, story structuring, and layout design — are non-refundable once delivered or in progress.
- We always aim to deliver work that reflects the content and direction provided by you.
3. Printed Books & Physical Products
- Printed books are custom-made based on your approved design.
- Once a book has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll gladly assess a replacement or reprint.
4. If Something Goes Wrong
If a technical issue or error on our side prevents us from delivering the agreed service, we'll work with you to resolve it — and where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund.
