Echoes in Ink provides personalised digital storytelling, content curation, design services, and optional printed books, created from content submitted by you and your contributors.

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You confirm that any content you upload is your own, or that you have permission to use it.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload.
• By using Echoes in Ink, you give us permission to process, edit, and design your content solely for the purpose of creating your story and related outputs.

• Some features and services require payment before they're unlocked.
• These may include deposits, project fees, or final production payments, depending on your project.
• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Storytelling and design are creative processes. While we always aim for a high-quality result, outcomes may vary depending on the content provided and personal preferences.

Printed books are produced only after your approval. Once approved and sent to production, changes, cancellations, or refunds are not possible.

We do our best to keep Echoes in Ink running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, especially where third-party services are involved.

Echoes in Ink is designed for meaningful, respectful storytelling. To protect our community and comply with legal and platform requirements, we apply basic content standards to all user-submitted material.

By using our services, you agree that:

• You will not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
• You will not submit content that infringes on the rights, privacy, or dignity of others.
• You confirm that you have the right to use and share all content you upload.

To help maintain these standards:

• Content may be reviewed using automated tools and, where necessary, human review.
• If content is flagged or appears to violate these standards, Echoes in Ink reserves the right to remove, restrict, or delay processing of the content or associated project.
• In some cases, we may request clarification or replacement content before continuing with story creation.

Echoes in Ink does not actively monitor all content but responds to issues when they are identified or reported. We aim to apply moderation decisions fairly and with appropriate context.

Echoes in Ink is not responsible for:

• Loss of content due to user error
• Delays caused by third-party providers (such as printers or payment platforms)
• Indirect or consequential losses

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
